to be able to supply the best wines to accompany our delicious meals, i continuously develop and review our exclusive wine list, which includes around 250 different wines.

a good example is our ‘fabulous 7’, wines from the seven types of vine from around the world, like a riesling ‘singerriefel’ from franz hirtzberger or a chardonnay chateau de montelena from california. in the ‘rarities’ category you will find wines such as a 1955 cos d’estournel or a 1988 sassicaia from tuscany.

for champagne fans we offer classics such as ruinart, krug or pol roger. the bigger the better is our motto, which is why you will also find ‘big bottles’ in our wine list.
