2. Buyers and delivery area
We sell to adult consumers who live in the EU and to businesses established in the EU. We deliver physical goods, folding cards and other shipments only to a postal address in Germany. PDF vouchers are sent by email to the address given at checkout.
3. Payment methods
These payment methods are available at checkout:
- Direct bank transfer before dispatch
- Credit card, PayPal and other methods shown by Stripe
The purchase price is payable in advance. Physical goods are shipped only after we have received payment. We do not offer payment on invoice after you receive the goods.
4. Delivery and pickup
Delivery within Germany takes 2–4 business days after we receive payment. We do not offer express shipping.
For shipping within Germany we charge a flat fee per order. The amount is shown on the shipping page and is listed separately in the cart and before you complete the order.
Instead of shipping, you can collect items that are available for pickup at the restaurant, Tuesday to Saturday from 3pm to midnight. Closed on Sunday. Pickup is not possible on Sunday. Please choose an available pickup time. You choose the pickup time in the shop.
The fee for a voucher folding card is shown when you choose that format. A voucher PDF is provided by email.
5. Contract language and contract text
You can conclude the contract in German or in English.
We store the contract text. It is not available in a customer account after the order. You can print the order before you submit it. After the contract is concluded you receive an email confirmation that sets out the content of the contract.
6. Technical steps of the order
Add the item with “Add to cart”. You can review the cart and remove items there. With “Checkout” you enter your details and choose the payment method.
For a bank transfer, the order is submitted with “Order with obligation to pay”. For online payment, you complete the payment with “Pay now (with obligation to pay)”. Only that button is the binding offer to conclude the purchase contract. Until then you can change the details.
We confirm receipt of the order by email without delay.
7. Formation of the contract
The presentation in the shop is not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we accept the order by email, deliver the goods or – for online payment – the payment succeeds and we confirm the order.
8. Withdrawal policy
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
For goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the last item. For goods delivered in several instalments or pieces, the period begins when you receive the last instalment or the last piece.
For services and undated value or tasting vouchers, including PDF vouchers sent by email, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. The exception explained below for tastings booked for a binding date remains unaffected.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us
Little London GmbH
Tal 31
80331 München
Phone: 089 / 122239470
Email: gr@little-london.de
of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form , but it is not required.
You may also declare your withdrawal using the online function Cancel contract . If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay on a durable medium, for example by email. It contains the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs. This does not include additional costs arising because you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
For goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to Little London GmbH, Tal 31, 80331 München, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
If you have requested that a service which is subject to withdrawal should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount. This corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts:
- for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. This applies to our correspondingly perishable fresh meat products;
- for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
- for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period. This applies in particular to tastings booked for a specific date.
Undated vouchers and non-perishable goods
For undated value and tasting vouchers, the statutory right of withdrawal generally applies. Merely providing a voucher as a PDF by email does not cause this right to expire. A tasting voucher without a binding booked date does not fall under the exception for leisure services with a fixed date.
For non-perishable olive oil, gin, gin sets and other goods that are subject to withdrawal, the right of withdrawal described above generally applies. An exclusion does not arise solely because the goods are food. Opening packaging or a bottle seal does not automatically cause the right of withdrawal to expire for these products either. The rules explained above on any diminished value remain unaffected.
Your statutory rights in the case of defective goods or goods not delivered in conformity with the contract are not affected by the exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
9. Liability for defects
Statutory rights in respect of defects apply. An exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not limit these rights.
If goods are defective or not delivered in conformity with the contract, you can contact us:
